I have worked in HR for over 18 years, with a strong focus on Employee Relations issues in various different organisational contexts.
My main focus is investigations, such as grievances, disciplinaries, appeals and similar. This typically involves a detailed fact-finding exercise, with subsequent written report including evidence, conclusions and recommendations.
I take a rounded approach to sensitive employment issues, and have the technical knowledge and experience to do so effectively.
I have a proven track record of successfully resolving workplace conflicts, whilst treating all those involved with fairness, dignity and respect at all times, no matter how challenging the circumstances.
